RBT $23/hour | ABA Therapist $20/hour Find Your Fit With Our Shore Team There's more than one way to work in ABA at Interactive Kids. Our Linwood and Somers Point teams support clients across different ages, programs, and environments. You might spend your day helping a young child build communication skills in one of our clinics, supporting a student within a school, or working with a client after school in their home or community. Right now, we're hiring for several direct-care needs, with a particular focus on: Full-Time Early Learners ABA Therapists & RBTs Full-Time School-Based ABA Therapists & RBTs Part-Time After-School ABA Therapists & RBTs Not sure exactly where you fit? What You'll Actually Be Doing Your day will look different depending on your program and client, but the goal is always the same: helping the person you're supporting build meaningful skills and greater independence.
You may:
Provide individualized 1:1 ABA support Implement behavior and skill-acquisition plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, adaptive, and independence skills Use reinforcement, prompting, modeling, and other ABA strategies Collect data and document client progress Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA and other team members Support clients through challenging behaviors using proactive and evidence-based strategies Help clients practice skills where they matter most, whether that's in the clinic, classroom, home, or community Looking for Part-Time After-School Hours? We currently have a strong need for part-time staff with afternoon and evening availability . Depending on programming needs, after-school opportunities may include: Clinic-based ABA In-home sessions Community-based services This can be a great fit for students, school professionals, current RBTs, or experienced direct-care staff looking to add meaningful hours to their week. Looking for Full-Time? We need you too! Current full-time opportunities include our Early Learners programs and School Consultation Team . Early Learners staff primarily support younger children in a structured clinical environment, while our School Team works directly with students within local school districts and may include additional after-school services. We'll talk through the differences during the hiring process so you can better understand which environment fits your experience, strengths, and availability. Who Thrives Here? You might be a great fit if you: Are an RBT or are willing to work toward certification Have ABA, behavioral health, education, childcare, special education, or other relevant direct-care experience Can stay calm and think on your feet when situations change Communicate professionally with clients, families, coworkers, and other professionals Are comfortable receiving feedback and learning from your clinical team Can follow a treatment plan while still bringing warmth and personality to your sessions Are reliable and understand how important consistency is to our clients Have reliable transportation and can travel locally when your assigned program requires it Why Interactive Kids?
