Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and client needs. Perform patient assessments, including intake evaluations, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing progress reviews to ensure optimal outcomes. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Provide training and supervision to caregivers, teachers, and family members on ABA techniques, behavior management strategies, and medical documentation practices. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding client confidentiality and managing medical records securely. Communicate regularly with clients' families, school personnel, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and support services effectively. Experience Proven experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), developmental disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders in home or clinical settings. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including behavioral intervention techniques and functional assessments such as FBA. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards related to behavioral health services. Experience conducting behavioral health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and working within school environments or home-based programs. Knowledge of special education practices, school experience, and working with children with disabilities is highly desirable. Ability to perform clinical supervision or mentorship roles is a plus.
