Key Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, para certification, or 48 college credits required Previous hands-on experience using ABA therapy or working as an RBT, especially in school settings Experience serving young children with autism strongly preferred Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one or in small groups with preschool and kindergarten students in an autism program Implement ABA therapy plans under the direction of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect data and track student progress towards individualized goals Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers to support student success Provide compassionate support while promoting functional independence and life skills
