Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time RBT/ABA professional in Plainfield to provide 1:1 therapy for children with autism. In this role, you will implement individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, social skills, and daily living skills. You will collect accurate behavior and skill data, follow behavior intervention protocols, and ensure a safe, supportive environment. Working within a collaborative, child-centered team, you'll receive ongoing training, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth while supporting children and their families.
