The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, and experienced in working with school-aged children on the autism spectrum. Therapy will focus on building independence, supporting homework transitions, and practicing emotional regulation in a natural home environment.
Hours :
[Monday-Friday 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM] Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, one-on-one behavioral therapy under the clinical supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to target communication, social skills, and self-care routines. Use positive reinforcement and motivation-based strategies to replace challenging behaviors. Collect precise, real-time data on target behaviors during each session.
Requirements & Qualifications Certification :
Active RBT certification in good standing. Must be CPR Certified!!!!
Experience :
Minimum of 1 year working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Education :
High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education preferred.
Physical Ability :
Able to actively engage with an 8-year-old (e.g., sitting on the floor, lifting up to 40 lbs).
