Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on approved protocols under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed professional Collect accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting, promoting independence and skill development Use teaching strategies rooted in ABA principles to support skill acquisition across communication, socialization, and adaptive behaviors Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies Support clients during home-based or school-based therapy sessions, ensuring consistency across environments Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, teachers, and team members to ensure cohesive care plans and client progress updates Qualifications Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within specified timeframes Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), neurodevelopmental disorders, or disabilities Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and behavior data collection methods Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior therapy protocols accurately and ethically Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance Prior experience working in settings such as schools, homes, or clinics supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred Strong communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Join us in delivering impactful behavioral health services that empower clients to reach their full potential!
