Job Description

Golden Care Therapy seeks a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in homes, schools, and community settings across NY/NJ. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct and consultative ABA services, and train and supervise RBTs/behavior technicians. Collaborate closely with families, educators, and a multidisciplinary team in a child-centered, mission-driven environment that emphasizes clinical support, ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and leadership. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments for children with autism and developmental delays Develop and update individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Provide direct and consultative ABA services in home, school, and community settings Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decisions Provide parent and caregiver training and support to promote skill generalization Collaborate with families, schools, and a multidisciplinary clinical team Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with payer and ethical standards Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development Contribute to a collaborative, child-centered, mission-driven clinical culture Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development Data collection and analysis RBT/technician supervision Treatment planning and progress reporting Parent and caregiver training Pediatric autism interventions Clinical documentation and compliance Collaboration with schools and multidisciplinary teams
