  • owned and operated ABA agency providing individualized, compassionate services to children and families throughout New Jersey.
We are looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and provide services in Union City, NJ during daytime hours. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA looking to add consistent daytime hours to their schedule while working with a small supportive agency where clinical quality comes first. Responsibilities
  • Provide BCBA supervision and clinical oversight for ABA cases.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Develop and modify skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment decisions
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians.
  • Conduct parent training
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and other members of the treatment team
  • Complete required clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with BACB requirements Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification and current NJ LBA license or eligibility to obtain/maintain licensure
  • Masters Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills Reliable transportation to
