As a Behavior Technician, you'll work closely with clients, directly influencing positive change. Behavior Tech (BT)Role Summary :
We're looking for individuals with a passion for helping others to work as Behavior Technicians. You'll implement behavior plans and support skill development in real-life settings, supervised by a BCBA. Behavior Tech (BT)Primary Responsibilities :
- Following behavior intervention strategies created by a BCBA.
- Collecting data and tracking client progress.
- Helping clients develop essential social and self-help skills.
- Creating a supportive learning atmosphere.
- Working with BCBAs and team members to refine interventions.
Qualifications :
- Attention to detail in recording and reporting data.
- Transportation for work across different locations.
- Commitment to ethical practice and client privacy.
- Empathy and patience in working with clients.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Hourly rate of $25-$30 based on experience.
