Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team.

- Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of care plans based on individual client needs
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective implementation of behavioral health strategies
- Experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality in medical documentation preferred
Job Type:

$15.00- $18.
