•$26 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Paid training 401(k) Opportunities for advancement Qualifications RBT Certification Full Job Description Glo Therapy ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for individuals with autism. We are a small, supportive team that focuses on play-based, natural environment teaching (NET) and high quality, compassionate care. We are currently looking for reliable RBTs for part-time, after-school hours , with some weekend availability. This position requires working in client homes, so dependability and reliable transportation are required. Pay $22

•26/hr Responsibilities Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy as outlined in the treatment plan Follow behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs exactly as written Maintain client dignity, safety, and respect at all times Report changes in behavior, progress, or concerns to the supervising BCBA Strong data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment planning Provide consistent attendance to maintain client progress Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with individuals with diverse needs Schedule Part time After school hours (typically 3pm-7pm) Weekend availability preferred In home Required Expectations Must have active Nevada RBT license Must have reliable transportation to client homes Attend required trainings and meetings ABA experience preferred Follow attendance policy and call out-procedures Must have reliable transportation to client homes What we offer Small, supportive team environment Opportunities for growth Consistent in-home cases 401K Paid training Paid drive time
