Job Description

Project MIND, Inc. is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Las Vegas. Pay is $50-$80 per billable hour — well above Indeed's own Las Vegas average for this role, currently $94,474/year (about $45/hour). We built this role to pay at the top of the market, not the middle of it.

About Project MIND:

Since 2019, we've provided trauma-informed, individualized ABA and behavioral health care across North Las Vegas, serving clients of all ages with autism, ADHD, and related needs. We don't run a checklist clinic — our clinicians treat the whole person, not just the target behavior.

What You'll Do:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and train RBTs, with real mentorship, not a one-time orientation Manage a caseload sized for quality, not just volume Work across ages and presentations (ASD, ADHD, and more) so your clinical range keeps growing

What You'll Need:

Active BCBA certification (BACB) Nevada LBA license (or eligibility) Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA programming
