This role involves applying behavioral analysis principles and liaising between healthcare providers and our staff to ensure effective implementation of therapeutic strategies. The successful candidate will play an integral role in our mission to guide our residents towards positive futures through structured support and treatment plans. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans formulated by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Monitor and report resident progress and response to treatment. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate medical and behavioral services. Provide training and support to staff regarding ABA techniques and interventions. Ensure accurate documentation of all behavioral data and medical consultations. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in implementing ABA interventions.
