Job Description

We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, and community settings throughout NYC . If you're studying psychology, education, social work, or a related field — or looking to start a career in ABA — this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with paid training and ongoing support.

What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement behavior intervention and skill-building programs Collect simple data during sessions Build rapport with clients and families Attend supervision and training sessions

We Offer:

Paid RBT training (40-hour course) Support completing RBT competency & exam Ongoing supervision by a BCBA Flexible schedules (after-school & evening cases available) Consistent cases and opportunities for growth Great experience for future BCBAs or special education professionals

Schedule:

Part-time Weekday afternoons/evenings (3-8pm typical) Weekend availability is a plus

Requirements:

High school diploma or higher Must be reliable and professional Comfortable working with children Ability to travel to client homes in NYC Experience with autism or ABA is a plus, but not required Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply — we train!
