Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Behavior Technician and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change. What You'll Do As an ABA Therapist, you will provide 1:1 in-home therapy services to children and individuals with ASD under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your day-to-day will include:
Delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions based on each client's treatment and behavior plan Building positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families Implementing behavior management techniques as directed by the supervising BCBA Accurately collecting session data and communicating notable findings to the clinical team Maintaining professionalism, reliability, and flexibility across a diverse caseload
What We're Looking For Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with young children and individuals with special needs, including physical engagement during sessions Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled hours
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field 1+ year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply: Mandarin, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and other languages are a plus Why Join LTE Care Plus? Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
