Pay Rate:
$21-$23 per hour
Hours:
15-25 hours per week
Schedule:
Monday through Wednesday, 3:00 PM to 5:15 PM and 5:30 PM to 7:45 PM. Thursday, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Preference:

Position is available beginning in September. About This Position Are you looking to grow your career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism? Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home and community-based settings. Professionals will work alongside a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA, LBA) to carry out the therapeutic treatment plan. As a BT, your work will contribute to the child's growing achievements in daily living, social, communication, learning skills and decrease in problematic behaviors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children Experience working with children with special needs is a plus Responsibilities Implementing tailored Treatment Plans to promote skill development amongst children with Autism Collect data on client progress using a web-based application Complete daily session notes and required documentation Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional environment during sessions
