Qualifications and Experience:

Active BCBA certification required Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing data-driven behavior intervention plans Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses for students with diverse needs Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Train and support school staff and paraprofessionals in evidence-based behavioral strategies Collect and interpret behavioral data to guide intervention decisions and participate in IEP meetings as needed Foster positive, inclusive learning environments and support students in achieving behavioral and academic goals This role offers a highly competitive pay range of $90-$110 per hour, aligned with your expertise and commitment.
