Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Keystone Behavior Interventions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs using principles of applied behavior analysis. Registered Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing programs as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst case supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) One (1) year experience, preferred. Must pass a BCI/FBI background check Must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
LINE OF AUTHORITY
Reports to the BCBA or BCaBA Case Supervisor for clinical decisions. Reports to the Director for employment, scheduling, and policy concerns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Completes a BACB approved RBT course and keeps registration with the BACB current. Assists the BCBA in carrying out behavioral programming in a 1:1 setting. Implements the treatment plan and behavior plan designed by BCBA supervisor. Collects data on all programming and writes progress notes for each session. Collaborates with the family and other agency personnel. Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures. With the BCBA, instructs patients and family/significant others in home programs and protocols. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information. Immediately reports to BCBA Supervisor any patient incidents/variances or concerns. Arrives to work assignments on time and maintains acceptable attendance status. Strives for professional appearance; is clean and well groomed. Demonstrates effective time management skills. Maintains clean and neat work environment. Demonstrates sound judgment, critical thinking and decision making. Maintains current CPR certification. Performs other duties as assigned.
