Supersonic ABA

Behavior Technician

Entry-Level JobVerifiedNo experience needed

Job Description

We're looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) who genuinely care about the work they do, love working with kids, and want to be part of a team that works hard, plays hard, and keeps growing. At Supersonic ABA, we believe therapy can be evidence-based, intentional, AND ridiculously fun. Our days are filled with learning, movement, play, teamwork, dance parties, problem-solving, and a whole lot of celebrating the little wins that turn into really big ones. By the way, our logo is a jet, not a rocket. We have systems, structure, direction, and a crew that knows how to work together. Why Supersonic Hits Different Play-based ABA that gets our besties moving, interacting, communicating, exploring, and learning naturally Early intervention where the work you do every day can make a huge impact before kiddos head into the school world Actual structure. Schedules, systems, expectations, and communication that help your day run without everything being held together by a visual schedule and vibes Support that exists outside of the job posting. Feedback, mentorship, supervision, and leadership you can actually find when you need them A team mentality. We jump in, help each other, communicate, problem-solve, and get the job done together A bright, colorful clinic intentionally designed for movement, learning, independence, and FUN Indoor playground + gym spaces because sometimes learning looks like sitting at a table and sometimes it looks like running, climbing, jumping, dancing, and PLAYING Opportunities to grow. We want people who are hungry to learn, take feedback, build confidence, and become really freaking good at what they do Fridays OFF during July + August by default. Yes. You read that correctly. No endless evenings. We believe you should have a life outside of work. Revolutionary, we know. The Schedule Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Want more hours? Fridays can be added to your schedule.
Translation:
You can work in ABA without your entire existence being swallowed by the therapy void. Our Kind of People You'll probably fit right in if you: Genuinely love working with kids Bring good energy into the room without needing someone else to create it for you Can play, move, teach, engage, and think on your feet Want feedback because you actually want to get better Communicate instead of hoping everyone magically knows what you're thinking Understand that being part of a team means jumping in Appreciate structure, consistency, and accountability Can be completely ridiculous during a dance party and completely professional five minutes later during parent communication Notice what needs to be done and are willing to take initiative Understand that working in ABA is meaningful work, but meaningful doesn't have to mean boring We don't expect perfection. We DO expect effort, communication, accountability, kindness, and a willingness to grow. RBT Applicants Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Must successfully complete required background checks Must meet applicable BACB requirements Behavior Technician Applicants New to ABA? That doesn't automatically scare us. Experience working with children is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with the right energy, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Applicants will need:
Completed 40-hour RBT training Successful background check Ability to meet all additional BACB requirements for RBT certification The Supersonic Stuff Supportive, accessible leadership Guaranteed supervision and ongoing feedback Training + mentorship opportunities Opportunities to grow within our RBT Level Up system A team culture that is fun without sacrificing professionalism A clinic built around kids actually being kids Celebration of wins, from tiny breakthroughs to BIG milestones Accountability AND support because you need both People who care about doing good work and doing right by our besties A small-business environment where your contribution actually matters Ready for Takeoff? If you're looking for a clinic where ABA is engaging, organized, collaborative, colorful, meaningful, and a little louder than your average beige therapy center, you might have found your people.
