RBT Applicants Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Must successfully complete required background checks Must meet applicable BACB requirements Behavior Technician Applicants New to ABA? That doesn't automatically scare us. Experience working with children is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with the right energy, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
