Youll work the duration of the full school year, providing ongoing support and collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Demonstrated knowledge of autism spectrum disorders Strong background in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans Experience with coaching and modeling for school staff and families Skilled in effective data collection and analysis to guide decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments in elementary school settings Develop, implement, and review individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to model and provide training on best practices in behavioral support Monitor student progress, gather data, and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes Provide guidance and consultation to school teams on effective behavior management techniques and IEP development Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
