About the Role As a Behavior Therapist (RBT), you'll provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings using evidence-based ABA programs. You'll play a vital role in helping clients build social, communication, play, and daily living skills — while reducing behaviors that interfere with growth and independence. Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent BA or BS Degree (preferred) RBT certification (preferred) Previous ABA experience or experience with special needs populations (preferred) Available weekday afternoons and occasional Saturdays Willing to drive up to 45 minutes for on-site appointments (Boise and surrounding areas) Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate data and timesheets Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
