Interview:

15-minute Zoom interview

Candidate Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Must have previous school-based experience.
• Must be comfortable working with special education students and students with significant behavioral needs.
• Must be comfortable working with the specific caseload presented during the interview process.
• Must be comfortable working in an urban school setting.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to obtain and complete all required Pennsylvania clearances.
• Professional references are required.
• RBTs only — paraprofessional-only candidates will not be considered.

Important RBT Supervision Information:

• The district may not be able to provide the supervision required to maintain an RBT certification.
• Candidates must be able to maintain their certification and obtain necessary RBT supervision outside of the district if supervision cannot be provided.
• This requirement will be disclosed and discussed upfront prior to submission.

Additional Information:

• Qualified candidates who are already onboarded will receive priority consideration.
