Malvern, PA ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a school-based team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT who is passionate about supporting students with behavioral, developmental, and educational needs.

MondayFriday, during regular school hours

Caseload:

School-aged students requiring behavioral and educational support

Pay:

31/hr + (depending on experience) Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students. Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA. Utilize ABA-based strategies to support positive behaviors and skill development. Collect and accurately document behavioral and student progress data. Assist students with developing communication, social, academic, and adaptive skills. Support students in maintaining appropriate behaviors and participating successfully in the classroom. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, BCBAs, and related service providers. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate relevant student progress to the educational team. Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with children or students with behavioral or developmental needs preferred. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow individualized behavior plans and collect accurate data. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, BCBAs, and other school personnel. Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered support.
