Key Qualifications:

Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification Experience working with individuals with autism, preferably within an educational setting Understanding of basic behavioral intervention strategies Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to varying student needs Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Primary Responsibilities:
