Job Description

Take this opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a dynamic school environment, supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Multiple full-time roles are available starting as soon as possible, running through June 10, 2027, across two engaging sites. With 35 hours per week guaranteed, youll work with students in Autistic Support classrooms (K-2) or at a middle school, focusing on individualized behavioral interventions and promoting positive outcomes.
What were looking for:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Prior experience working in school-based settings Comfortable supporting special education and behaviorally challenged students Ability to adapt to changing needs and varying caseloads Reliable transportation to onsite locations Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain all required PA clearances Experience in urban educational environments Professional references available upon request Confidence in maintaining RBT certification independently (district supervision may not be provided) Male RBT candidates encouraged for specific middle school roles Capability to follow all onboarding and documentation procedures Must be able to clearly specify preferred site when submitting application Role responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff within special needs environments Monitor, document, and report on student progress Maintain professionalism while managing behavior challenges Communicate effectively with caregivers and colleagues Assist with daily routines and learning activities in the classroom If you thrive in fast-paced settings and value supporting students growth in urban schools, this contract role could be your perfect fit.
