Desired Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Proven experience supporting children and adolescents, preferably in school settings Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with educational teams Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and progress monitoring Organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation effectively Ability to provide guidance and training to school staff and families

Key Responsibilities:
