Behavioral TechnicianPosition Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technician to support students in an elementary school classroom setting. Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM 1 opening available Key Responsibilities Provide behavioral and classroom support to students with autism and other behavioral needs. Assist in managing behaviors, including elopement and occasional aggression. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement behavior intervention strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding student progress and incidents. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Qualifications Experience working with children with autism or behavioral challenges preferred. Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in high-stress situations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and committed to student success.
