As a valued RBT, you'll work closely with students in a dynamic school setting, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. Required Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a classroom or similar setting Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Adept at maintaining detailed documentation and data collection Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working onsite throughout the school week

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior plans and instructional programs as developed by supervising BCBA Track progress and behaviors, providing regular data updates to the support team Redirection and de-escalation when necessary, employing evidence-based strategies Engage with teachers, families, and other professionals to coordinate student care Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school and ethical guidelines Interviews will be conducted in person on 10/6 at 11:30 AM or 10/7 at 11:30 AM.
