Job Description

A Registered Behavior Technician works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. This role includes direct one-on-one therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams across home, school, and community settings. Scheduling may include up to six (6) days per week , based on client needs and staff availability. Requirements
  • Active RBT certification with valid certification number
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and all required registry screenings
  • At least two (2) professional work references
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Passing/Clear TB Test
  • Knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior management strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance Benefits
