BCBA:

$70

• 74 / hour Qualifications
• Master's degree in Special Education, Behavior Analysis, Psychology or a related human services field
• BACB Certified as a BCBA
• Valid driver's license and current car insurance
• Medicaid provider a plus but not required
• Demonstrative behavior management, instructional, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop behavior and treatment plans for all clients within the ABA model
• Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of Registered Behavior Techs
• Provide ongoing support and training to Registered Behavior Techs and families
• Provide consultation and support to management
• Maintain all data, paperwork, and notes in a timely fashion
• Within county travel to provide in home support to clients and families
• Remain up to date with the latest education in the field
