We have the hours families need most. Behavior Matters Consulting SC is hiring currently certified Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing pediatric clinic in North Charleston. The Schedule We're looking for RBTs who can consistently work Monday-Friday afternoons 2:00-6:00 PM. Want more hours? Additional daytime hours may be available based on caseload and availability. This Position Is for Certified RBTs Active RBT certification in good standing is required at the time of application. We're looking for RBTs who are ready to step into a caseload and provide consistent, high-quality services. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our pediatric clinic Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect accurate session data Complete timely clinical documentation Work on communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills Collaborate with your BCBA and our interdisciplinary clinical team Provide consistent care to your assigned clients What We're Looking For Current RBT certification in good standing Reliable Monday-Friday afternoon availability Strong attendance and dependability Experience providing ABA services to children Ability to implement treatment plans and respond to clinical feedback Professional, collaborative approach Ability to meet background screening and payer credentialing requirements Why Behavior Matters?
