Qualifications & Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in one-on-one interactions

Key Responsibilities:
