Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time 📍 Rapid City, South Dakota A respected and growing local organization in Rapid City is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. About the Role Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support services Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Supervise and support behavior technicians as needed Qualifications BCBA certification required 2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and organizational skills Dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 Full benefits package Positive, team-oriented work environment Apply Today 📞
