Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a significant impact in educational settings by supporting students with disabilities in achieving their fullest potential. This full-time contract role offers a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work closely with students and staff, focusing on enhancing the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Students with Disabilities (SWD). In this position, you'll apply your expertise to facilitate positive behavioral changes and help shape inclusive experiences, ensuring students thrive in supportive classroom environments.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Previous experience working within school settings highly preferred Deep understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and principles Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication skills with both students and staff A strong commitment to advocacy for the inclusion and success of
SWD Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans with fidelity Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to create supportive classroom environments Collect and analyze data to inform and adjust interventions Participate in the development and review of student progress within IEP teams Support training and modeling of behavioral techniques for school staff Foster a positive, safe, and engaging atmosphere for students Experience the fulfillment of providing direct services while also contributing to a culture of inclusivity and empowerment within the school community.
