Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by supporting student success in a dynamic educational setting. This part-time contract role offers an opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to collaborate with a progressive district, working out of the central office and providing vital support across multiple campuses in the Chattanooga area. With flexible scheduling between 10-15 hours per week, you'll contribute expertise to a highly structured, effective behavioral program.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
Must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license Prior experience working in a school or educational environment strongly valued Skilled in assessment, intervention design, and progress monitoring for students with behavioral support needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to complete required fingerprinting and meet all credentialing standards promptly
Role Responsibilities:
Serve as a district resource, responding to behavioral referral requests and supporting students across a caseload determined by district needs Collaborate closely with district personnel and participate in monthly consults through a partnership with the Vanderbilt Triad program for valuable feedback and data Utilize a detailed referral and help desk process to manage workload and provide responsive, effective services Maintain professional and timely documentation in accordance with district protocols Deliver consultation, training, and support to staff to enhance behavioral interventions and outcomes
