The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in providing quality care and support to enhance the behavioral health and overall well-being of our clients. Duties Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Collect data on client progress and behavior changes during sessions. Assist in the development of behavioral goals and strategies tailored to each client's needs. Educate clients and their families on behavioral techniques and strategies to promote positive outcomes. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide support in various settings, including home, school, or community environments. Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote skill development and social interaction. Experience Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care practices is advantageous. Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information. Ability to educate clients and families effectively about behavioral health concepts. Experience in maintaining medical records accurately and efficiently. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
