Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will apply their expertise in applied behavior analysis to support individuals with neurodevelopmental and developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing clinical supervision. The BCBA will work closely with children with disabilities in various settings, including schools, to promote positive behavioral outcomes and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify the functions of behaviors and inform intervention strategies. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure effective service delivery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to support client needs. Work directly with children with autism and other developmental disabilities in various environments, including school settings. Communicate regularly with clients' families and caregivers regarding progress, strategies, and behavioral goals. Utilize evidence-based practices for behavior intervention tailored to each client's unique needs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Requirements Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and other developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and developing behavior intervention plans. Prior experience working with children with disabilities in clinical or school settings is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Experience providing clinical supervision is highly desirable. Passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental challenges through evidence-based practices.
Pay:
$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
