9658401-75061 Job Description Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity in a dynamic school environment, supporting students' growth and success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position provides the chance to make a genuine impact working district-wide and collaborating with dedicated educational teams. In this onsite role, youll serve a variety of campuses, utilizing your expertise to assess needs, develop and supervise behavior intervention plans, and offer staff training across the district. The assignment runs through May 28, 2027, with an immediate start date available.

Qualifications:

Active national certification as a BCBA (BACB). Previous experience providing behavioral services in an educational setting is strongly preferred. Ability to travel between different school locations throughout the district. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Preparedness to complete fingerprinting and required registry background checks as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments for students in need of behavioral support. Design, implement, and oversee effective behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs. Train and coach school staff in best behavior management practices. Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to maximize positive outcomes. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a supportive educational experience for all learners.
