Job Description

Make an impact supporting students in a school-based setting near New Home, TX as a Registered Behavior Technician. This contract opportunity allows you to work closely with K-12 students, helping to implement effective behavioral interventions and provide essential support for educational and developmental growth. Bring your RBT expertise and become an integral part of a collaborative special education team.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required in Texas Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Ability to build strong rapport with students and staff Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards Excellent communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Accurately collect and record behavioral data on student progress Support individualized education and behavioral plans within classroom environments Provide feedback and insights to team members, contributing to ongoing student support strategies Assist in training staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques Maintain documentation according to all regulatory and organizational guidelines
Position Details:
