Testing Technician Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Testing Technician to support psychologists with psychological and educational testing. Testing Technicians serve as clinical extenders by administering and scoring standardized assessments under psychologist supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for college students or individuals interested in psychology, behavioral health, or graduate-level clinical careers. Responsibilities Administer and score standardized psychological, cognitive, academic, behavioral, and developmental assessments. Follow standardized testing procedures and psychologist instructions. Observe and document patient behavior, effort, and testing conditions. Prepare testing materials and accurately enter scores and testing data. Maintain patient confidentiality and test security. Communicate testing concerns or unusual observations to the supervising psychologist. Assist with general psychological testing operations as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 20 completed college credit hours in psychology, behavioral science, human development, education, social work, or a related field. No bachelor's degree required. Previous testing or behavioral health experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and documentation skills. Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and adults. Must be dependable, professional, and able to follow standardized procedures. Training is provided. Testing Technicians do not independently interpret results, diagnose patients, or make clinical recommendations. All clinical interpretation and diagnostic decisions remain with the supervising psychologist.

Pay:

$50.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
