For the past 17 years, ActionCare Rehab has been a trusted and dedicated provider in the El Paso community. We are excited to build upon that legacy of compassionate care and continue serving families through the addition of ABA therapy services. You will receive the opportunity to launch, develop and oversee the clinc. Structured on-boarding training provided prior to caseload management. Focus on RBT Retention Programs. Allows for BCBAs to focus on clinical quality and client success as well as RBT growth. Network of professional BCBAs for support and mentorship with great local teams to collaborate and interact with daily. As a BCBA you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership in the following aspects: Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans Conduct functional analysis, intake, and progress assessments Support clients and families to ensure client success Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures Teach adaptive life skills Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients

Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (B.A. or B.S.) required Valid Texas State License to practice as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (B.A. or B.S.) is required Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
