Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA. Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Maintain thorough medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Provide support to children in various settings, including home, school, or community environments. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required . Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively. Ability to educate clients and families on behavioral strategies in a clear and supportive manner. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
