Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. You will be a positive change in the lives of a learner with autism. Our team works to make difficult situations easier. And we do this by using a variety of evidence-based practices. We help our learners communicate more effectively, manage challenging behaviors, gain more independent skills and, ultimately, we help them be the person they want to be. Oversee the implementation of center-based ABA Therapy programs for clients Write Goals and Objectives for clients using our HLG Curriculum Library Over 5000 individualized programs Provide top notch quality training to Behavior Technicians Utilize online data collection Work with a dynamic team of professionals! You will have access to our online BCBA forum and will be able to collaborate with BCBAs from across 4 states Discuss the most current research in the field Collaborate and "ping" ideas off your colleagues when developing treatment plan

Lead Clinical Directors Our Authorizations Team provides assistance when submitting insurance funded paperwork No need to guess what forms/documents you need when submitting authorization paperwork Our auths team is the go between with all insurance companies that we work with The candidate MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA , as recognized by the BACB , to provide ABA Program supervision to students with autism. For the states of Maryland and Virginia, LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is also required.

• Exposure to blood, chemicals, and other bodily fluids
• Other physical demands that coincide with the duties of a specific discipline

$91,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
