Duties Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Provide direct patient care, assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed. Collect and record data on client behavior to monitor progress and effectiveness of interventions. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to adjust treatment strategies as necessary based on data collected. Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote skill development and behavioral improvement. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding client progress and needs. Qualifications RBT Certification Experience in behavioral health or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. Strong data collection skills and attention to detail. Experience working with children is highly desirable. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
