In this role, youll: Provide direct 1:1 behavioral interventions to students under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention strategies, and skill acquisition programs in the classroom or other school settings Collect, track, and document student data to monitor progress and maintain compliance with therapy goals Support generalization of targeted skills across school environments, ensuring the students growth and success Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to communicate student progress and address areas of concern Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing staff development and training Ideal candidates bring: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing Experience in a school environment or clinical setting with children and adolescents Understanding of behavior management principles and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Exceptional communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Time management skills and flexibility to adapt in changing situations This position provides the fulfilling opportunity to support students learning, growth, and positive behavioral change while gaining valuable career experience within a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
