Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus) Previous experience working with children is preferred, but not required Proficient communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities Ability to maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if travel is necessary Ability to clear a background check and satisfy state requirements
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for students with autism and related developmental needs Implement individualized interventions as outlined by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Accurately collect and document session data Support students in both behavior reduction and skill-building programs Maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, caregivers, and colleagues Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training sessions Enjoy these
