This part-time, contract role is tailored for professionals with a passion for working in school environments, especially those experienced as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Paraprofessionals, SLPAs, or Instructional Assistants. You'll play a crucial role in assisting students from PreK through 12th grade, providing valuable support alongside a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in a close-knit district.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings High school diploma (required) Familiarity with behavioral health or speech-language support roles (RBT, SLPA, or related) Strong communication and collaboration skills Compassion and patience working 1:1 with students

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a virtual SLP to assist in conducting assessments and delivering communication support Support individual students as well as small groups within classroom and resource settings Implement behavior and communication strategies as directed Adapt to a variety of student needs across three neighboring campuses Maintain accurate records and assist with progress monitoring This position offers a consistent schedule of 23 days per week, beginning ASAP, and provides the unique chance to serve a diverse range of ages within a supportive school community.
