This full-time, onsite contract position focuses on K-12 students, offering opportunities for both experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT), and skilled Paraprofessionals. Youll work closely with educators and specialists, helping students thrive academically, socially, and behaviorally. Ideal candidates are dedicated to student success, possess strong communication skills, and have experience working with children or adolescents in educational environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

Active RBT or CBT certification, or relevant Paraprofessional experience Experience supporting students in K-12 settings Proficiency with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Ability to implement behavior intervention plans consistently Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Passion for working with diverse groups of students and supporting individual learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans Monitor student progress and collect accurate behavioral data Adapt strategies to best support each students unique needs Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth Maintain clear communication with team members and families This position offers the rewarding experience of helping to shape young lives while working alongside dedicated professionals in a supportive school community.
