Youll be working near the beautiful coastal community of Ocean Shores, WA, from now through June 23rd, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience working with students in educational settings preferred Proven ability to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs Develop and oversee implementation of effective behavior intervention plans Train and consult with school staff and families on strategies for behavioral support Monitor student progress, adjust plans, and provide regular updates to IEP teams Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal guidelines in special education Serve as a resource for evidence-based practices in behavior analysis This contract assignment gives you the opportunity to work alongside dedicated educators and school teams, offering your expertise to foster positive learning environments for students.
