Friday:

7:45 AM-12:15 PM•Schedule may vary based on clients schedule. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct support to clients in various settings. Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist clients with daily living skills and promote independence through positive reinforcement strategies. Conduct patient assessments to identify needs and develop appropriate interventions. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. Utilize appropriate, respectful, professional communication at all times while working Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients while adhering to behavioral health best practices. Skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong patient care skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and their families. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating patience and empathy. $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
