Our growing small in-home ABA company is looking for a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our team! We are committed to providing high-quality, individualized services to families in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For:
Current BCBA Strong communication & leadership skills Passion for helping children and families succeed Experience in ABA services preferred Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in treatment approaches Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with privacy regulations Participate in intake processes, initial evaluations, and ongoing patient assessments to support diagnostic clarity and treatment planning Passion for patient care with a proactive approach to supporting individuals with disabilities through evidence-based interventions Join us in transforming lives through compassionate care and innovative behavioral solutions!
